1. About the Service

The Remote Viewing App ("the Service", available through the mobile app and theremoteviewing.app), provided by the team of The Remote Viewing App ("we"), is a platform where participants ("viewers") record blind, sensory impressions of images and train their perception skills. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Access and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You provide accurate and complete details and keep your sign-in credentials secret.
One person means one account. Multiple accounts or sharing an account is not allowed.

3. How it works

You receive exercises and sessions in which you describe blind what comes to mind. You seal your impression before there is an outcome. Afterwards you see the image and a score. The Service is experimental in nature; we do not guarantee any specific accuracy or result.

4. Rewards and payouts

Within the app you can accumulate points and rewards for a service: recording your perceptions of images. You never receive the underlying information or the purpose for which we use the aggregated results.
As long as payouts are marked "coming soon" in the app, accumulated rewards cannot yet be paid out; they are kept until the payout feature becomes available.
Rewards only apply under the conditions we communicate in advance per session or programme, including a minimum accuracy threshold to qualify.
Payouts run through our payment partner and may require identity verification (KYC). We may suspend payouts when we suspect fraud or abuse.
There is no guaranteed income. You are responsible for declaring received rewards to the tax authorities and for your own tax and social obligations.

5. Acceptable use

You do not use the Service to cheat or manipulate. Prohibited are, among other things: multiple accounts, automated input or bots, sharing or looking up outcomes in advance, and any attempt to circumvent the evaluation.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software remain ours. The photos shown are royalty free material from third parties. You keep your own submissions, but grant us the right to use them to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, medical or tax advice. Viewers do not take part in and are not responsible for any decision we make based on the aggregated results.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount we paid out to you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time, directly in the app under Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms. Rewards already earned and valid remain due, except in case of fraud.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes belong before the competent Belgian courts. We may update these terms and will inform you of significant changes through the app or by email. Questions? Email hello@theremoteviewing.app.
